- Payment terms: One-off builds require a 50% deposit upfront, and 50% upon completion.
- Hosting: Monthly plans include hosting. For one-off builds, hosting and maintenance packages are quoted separately.
- Content: Pricing assumes client-provided copywriting and brand assets unless a creative strategy package is agreed upon.
- Timeline: Foundation builds typically take 3-5 weeks depending on feedback loops.

Yes. We rarely recommend ripping everything out. We specialise in connecting what you already have (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Xero, etc.) unless it is fundamentally broken. We make your existing tools talk to each other.
We work best as a partner on a retainer. This allows us to be proactive, ensuring your systems are always working, rather than just fixing them when they break. However, we do offer "Rescue" projects for critical issues.
