  • Minimum term: 2 months.
  • Roll-over: up to 50% of unused hours roll into the next month (cap applies).
  • Extra hours: £95/hour across all tiers.
  • Bigger builds: landing pages and small tweaks are included. New websites, major redesigns, and big migrations are quoted separately.

A retainer should not be firefighting. We fix the foundations first, document what matters, then support the system so it stays reliable. Everything we build is yours.

Yes. We rarely recommend ripping everything out. We specialise in connecting what you already have (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Xero, etc.) unless it is fundamentally broken. We make your existing tools talk to each other.

We work best as a partner on a retainer. This allows us to be proactive, ensuring your systems are always working, rather than just fixing them when they break. However, we do offer "Rescue" projects for critical issues.

Yes. If you need help with email, domains, hosting, user access, or remote device support, we can stay on as your ongoing tech partner. We keep the basics reliable so your website, CRM, and automation can actually do their job.
